Reserving a Room
The Katonah Village Library meeting rooms are primarily for the use of the Library and its programs; however, community 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations and local civic organizations may also rent the meeting rooms.
Room rental rates:
- Meeting Room: $125
- Garden Room: $200
To make a request, use the buttons below to pick a space and a meeting date and time, then fill out the online room booking form. A deposit of $50 is required within one week of receiving approval, with the balance due at least one week prior to the event.
Please note that using our spaces does require a signed Meeting Room License Agreement.
