Reserve a Room (by room)

The Garden Room is the larger of the library’s two rooms (36' x 33'). It is located on the ground level and looks out onto the Serenity Garden. Rental is $110 (1-4 hours). A deposit of $50 is required within one week of receiving approval, with the balance due at least one week prior to the event. 

Book both the Garden Room and the Meeting Room concurrently for a large event that requires multiple spaces. Rental is $175 (1-4 hours). A deposit of $50 is required within one week of receiving approval, with the balance due at least one week prior to the event. 

The Meeting Room is located on the ground level directly across from the Garden Room. This smaller room (30' x 25') is able to accommodate a seating capacity up to 60. Rental is $65 (1-4 hours). A deposit of $50 is required within one week of receiving approval, with the balance due at least one week prior to the event.
