Journaling
for self-expression, self-discovery, and (possibly) pleasure

This relaxed, low-key workshop requires no writing experience or ability, just a willingness to test the value of putting pen to paper. So please bring pen and paper!

Each meeting we’ll talk about the process of  writing, discuss any concerns, and do short writing exercises. You’ll also have the chance to share what you’ve written—or not. Our intention is to learn more about ourselves. It might even be fun.
Enrollment is limited.
