Library Branch
The Garden room is 36' x 33' and seats 100 people. The Meeting room is 30' x 25' and seats 60 people. Spaces can be booked together as part of the same request in order to accommodate events needing a separate reception room, etc. Combined space rental is $175 (1-4 hours). A deposit of $50 is required within one week of receiving approval, with the balance due at least one week prior to the event.
Equipment
The Garden Room's A/V equipment (digital projector, screen, audio system, and microphones), Steinway piano, and kitchen are available for use at an additional fee. The Meeting Room's large screen TV is available for use at an additional fee.
Seating
The Library provides chairs and tables upon request.
