Movement for health and balance. A consent form must be signed at your first class before participation is allowed. 

The format of the meeting includes meditation and a review of the reading for the week.

Be the hero of your own adventure! D&D Club runs Thursdays 4:15-5:45 PM for Grades 6-12. It is encouraged but not required to attend the club regularly.
