Young readers are invited to come in and read to Bogey, a super friendly dog who is officially certified via the Good Dog Foundation. Sign up for a 10-minute session and practice reading out loud for this special guest listener.

Improve flexibility and strength, reduce stress and enhance coordination and balance in this energetic, intermediate vinyasa class. Participants should have some knowledge of yoga, this is not a beginner level class. Please bring a mat.
