Learn how to make authentic Chinese dumplings!
Make your own dumpling skins from scratch, prepare a filling, shape them, and cook. Students will also prepare a dipping sauce and enjoy a sampling.
Aileng Choo is a self-taught cook specializing mostly in Asian food, as well as an instructor in sourdough baking. She has been teaching Westchester County residents how to make Chinese dumplings from scratch since 2019. She has attended culinary classes in China and aims to share the authentic flavor of Chinese food with Americans.
