Join Lauren Zeltzer, a licensed, board certified, Creative Arts Therapist for a restorative, pressure-free art experience. Participants will use simple art materials to activate calmness, new insight, and create a connection to themselves and others. No experience necessary. All supplies will be provided. Registration required. Ages 18+.
